How I use the red superfoods
I take Cherry Active more regularly after training to help with the recovery process and also because I find it can help me get to sleep more easily. I have a lot of problems with restless legs after intense training late at night and I find cherry juice helpful in easing the discomfort. The recommended dose is one 30ml shot, mixed with water, twice a day.
