Freedive athletes are mostly self-funded which makes our success feel even better with the challenge of juggling work and training. In February and March 2015, 70 supporters pledged generously to help me train hard and travel to Belgrade in Serbia for the World Championships. Everyone received a reward such as a yoga class, nutritional or sports good bag. I'd like to thank everyone who supported Project Breathless, a few of them are noted below;

A big thank you to local scuba diving team DM Scuba, led by Paul Dowding. DM Scuba teach pool and open water PADI courses in Bath, Bristol and Swindon areas. For more details visit www.dm-scuba.co.uk. Once you've learnt to dive you can join the friendly Dive Monkey club who meet regularly for social events and dive a wide range of different locations in the UK and abroad.
A big thank you to Lucia and Tom Keen at Divesangha, designing ethically-produced and stylish clothes for divers. Sangha is a Sanskrit word which means community. Divesangha not only cares about the quality and style of clothing, but also who makes the clothes (all produced in the UK), where the materials come from and how products are packaged with minimum impact of the environment. Above all we are a community of ocean and diving lovers. www.divesangha.com
A big thank you to freediver, jockey and motivational speaker Jim Lawless from Taming Tigers. Jim Lawless is one of the world’s leading inspirational speakers. Over half a million people on five continents have been entertained and inspired by Jim’s presentations and many more by his bestselling book “Taming Tigers” (Random House). In August 2010, he used “Taming Tigers” to become Britain’s Deepest Freediver, the first Briton to dive below the magic 100m barrier on a single breath of air. www.jimlawless.com and www.tamingtigers.com
