Yoga workshops for divers
Yoga specially designed for scuba and freedivers
Each session includes yoga (asana) sequences, breathwork, relaxation and a chance to learn more about your own body, especially your heart rate. We use pulse-monitors to explore the relationship between breathing, relaxation and the heart. We work in pairs to help build trust in others, especially your buddy.

What to bring
All equipment is provided, but if you have your own mat please bring it along. A pen will be useful for making notes and filling out your OMdiver log. Wear loose or stretchy clothing. Don't eat immediately before coming to the workshop - give yourself at least 2 hours after a large meal.
